Our custom pieces typically take 8-12 weeks from design approval to completion, depending on the complexity of the project and our current workshop schedule. Simpler items may be completed in 4-6 weeks, while more intricate designs with special materials may require 14-16 weeks. We'll provide a detailed timeline after our initial consultation.

We specialize in domestic hardwoods like walnut, cherry, oak, and maple, as well as reclaimed woods from various sources. We also work with exotic woods like teak, mahogany, and rosewood for special projects. All our wood is sustainably sourced, and we can provide documentation about the origin of materials for environmentally conscious clients.

Yes, we offer white-glove delivery and installation within a 100-mile radius of our workshop for a flat fee. For locations beyond this area, we partner with specialized art handlers to ensure safe transport. All pieces are fully insured during transit. Installation typically includes assembly (if required), placement, and a final inspection with the client.

While we can take inspiration from photos, we don't make exact copies of other designers' work. We're happy to create something similar with our own artistic interpretation and can often improve upon the original design with our craftsmanship expertise. We'll discuss your vision and create sketches or 3D renderings to ensure the final piece meets your expectations.

All our pieces come with a 5-year warranty against structural defects. Normal wear and tear, or damage from accidents or improper care, can be addressed through our restoration services. We recommend annual conditioning for wood pieces and provide detailed care instructions with each purchase. For pieces we didn't originally craft, we evaluate each restoration project individually.
