Each furniture piece comes with a 5-year structural warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship. For the first year, we offer free minor adjustments to account for natural wood movement in your home environment.
Our commitment extends beyond the sale. We provide detailed care instructions for your furniture and are always available to advise on maintenance. Should any issue arise, our team will work diligently to make it right.
We understand that purchasing handmade furniture is an investment, which is why we offer a 30-day in-home trial period. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll arrange pickup and provide a full refund.

Care instructions provided with each piece should be followed to maintain the beauty and longevity of your furniture. Improper care may void warranties. Direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and excessive moisture should be avoided to prevent damage.
Lead times for custom orders vary based on complexity and current workshop capacity. While we provide estimated completion dates, these are subject to change due to the handmade nature of our work. Rush services may be available for an additional fee.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Custom orders require a 50% deposit with the balance due before delivery. Shipping costs are not included in listed prices and will be calculated based on destination and piece size/weight.
